About this villa rental

Villa with magnificent panoramic view of the golf bay Juan and the Cap d'Antibe. Garden and large swimming pool with outdoor kitchen equipped with a plancha. Large parking and 1 garage. Master bedroom upstairs with double bed and air conditioning, brand new bathroom with walk-in shower. 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bathtub. 1 very large bedroom with 2 single beds and a double sofa bed + bathroom. 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom. Cot and high chair available.
You will be welcomed by our caretaker, he will show you around the house and will be available if necessary during your stay. (The Guardian's accommodation is independent of the villa)
The villa is a few minutes from Cannes or Juan les pins. All shops within minutes.

The villa was perfect for our family vacation to France. Everything was clean and comfortable and Aimee was very easy to communicate with. My one small complaint might be the scary switchback drive up to the villa on what seemed like a 1 way road, but was actually 2 way…if not for the fact that it provided the spectacular view from the villa itself. Absolutely breathtaking!We thoroughly enjoyed a dip in the cool pool after a long hot day walking in the various cities along the French Riviera. This will definitely be a vacation we remember for a long time. And for all the right reasons.

We had a fabulous stay at this villa. I was with my 2 sons, my daughter in law and 2 grandsons aged 5 and 2. The villa is really spacious, very clean and very well equipped, there is everything you need. A plentiful amount of beach towels were also provided which was a nice touch. The kids loved the swimming pool and the views from the terrace over the bay are incredible. The outdoor kitchen with gas bbq was ideal for cooking evening dinners.The property is located on a hillside in a residential area so a car is essential. A short drive away is the town of Vallauris where we went a couple of times to have a coffee and croissant breakfast. There is also a very large Leclerc supermarket there that has everything you could possibly need. A special mention to Aimee the host. Aimee lives next door and is very helpful lady. She met us upon arrival and explained that the previous guests had broken the washing machine but, if we had any washing to do, if we sent her a WhatsApp message she would come and collect it and do the washing, which she did. We weren't leaving for the airport on our last day until 13.00 hours and she very kindly allowed us a late checkout. I realise that this won't always be possible if there are new guests arriving but it was a much appreciated, very kind gesture. In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anybody holidaying in the Golfe Juan region and we would hope to return again someday in the future

The property was absolutely fabulous. The views were spectacular, the pool magnificent and all the facilities exactly as needed, plus the house is located in a nice quiet area. Our host Aimee was brilliant and I would have no hesitation in recommending this house.

What an amazing stay! The house is perfectly located within a short driving distance from Cannes, Juan les Pins and Antibes. The house itself is in Vallauris on the hillside overlooking the Mediterranean sea and the cap d'Antibes! On clear days, we were able to see the snowcapped Italian Alpes. The panoramic view will be one of the highlights of our memories from this trip. We started every morning on the terrace with our coffee. The kitchen is not modern but easily large enough to cook full meals and includes an American sized fridge with ice maker. Just below the terrace is a large swimming pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Our kids played in the pool, had ping-pong tournaments and taught their American grandpa how to play pétanque on the court on the side of the property. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 children (ages 10 to 12). The set up of the house comfortably slept us all. The master suite on the top of the main house boasts the most MAGNIFICENT VIEW from it's Juliet balcony. The caretakers of the house are incredibly kind and helpful. You can walk to the Boulangerie, market and the beach (about 15 minutes). A large Leclerc market is a 15 minute drive and offers everything we could want, including things for our American, French, and vegan guests. We will dream of our next stay here!

The pictures do not do it justice. Absolutely amazing place! Aimee, our contact, was very helpful, even being in contact before we arrived. The place is very spacious with a lot of privacy between the rooms. Very clean. The amenities were excellent. You can grill outside, swim, play paddle games, enjoy the marvelous views on the balacony. I am definitely rebooking as soon as I can return. Highly recommend!!!
