Größe der Wohnung ist wie angegeben, Preis-Leistung war einigermaßen in Ordnung. Entfernung zum Strand ist gut. Prinzipiell ruhiger als gedacht - außer mit diesen Bewohnern darüber.
Es handelt sich um eine Kellerwohnung mit insgesamt einem kleinen Fenster zum Lüften. Entsprechend der Geruch und die Dunkelheit der Wohnung Die drittelten Fotos gehören nicht zu dieser Wohnung - man hat keinen Zugang zum Poolbereich. Die konkrete Lage ist sowohl direkt am Bahnhof, an der Straßenbahn und an einer großen Stadtstraße. Wir hatten das Pech unglaublich laute und unverschämte Mieter über uns zu haben - die halbe Nacht ging es rund
