The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. They remembered our names and orders and felt like they truely cared about looking after us and providing a good service. It felt like every time we had left our room housekeeping had been by and we’d find fresh water and our bedsheets made. The food was great and the buffet breakfast was always a go to for us knowing we could wake up and have breakfast ready to go. Pools were nice and refreshing to relax in to cool off with the heat. We were also surprised with a display for my partners birthday which was also very cool and unexpected to see.
The location was my only very minor dislike. The roads going to and from could be quite bumpy in a car (this isn’t a fault of their own but worth mentioning) so it could be uncomfortable traveling. No other issues besides that.

We had an excellent stay at Cross Bali Breakers. The hotel is peaceful and relaxing, with all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. The location is in a quiet area, while a supermarket is within walking distance, which was very convenient.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our children especially enjoyed their time here and had a wonderful experience.
Overall, a fantastic place to stay for families. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Cross Bali Breakers.

The breakfast was good. Tuywen hosted us really well for breakfast & lunch.
Not a good value for money.
Location is in middle of no where. There's no good views from resort. No beach/market nearby. You have to go by taxi to anywhere.
SPA is extremely costly even for guests staying at resorts.
