Love the pool. Staff are friendly and efficient when we complained about our villa faulty lock. They fix it right away. Receptionist is open even in midnight. Love the location, there is a 24hours pharmacy just 2mins walk, express laundry 3 hours, cafe, covenience stores. Very near to gwk as well. Bedroom is very comfy and clean. Bathroom is spacious. Private villa has induction cooker, pots, pans, utensils. Shower gel, toiletries provided. Lovedddd the pool both in our private villa and shared pool. Environment is quiet.
The pots and pan however has burnt bottom and cant be used. Tiles in toilet are abit dirty. The grout between glass wall and floor is very dirty. The chair at makeup table is nasty. It has a lot of stain and mold. Hairdryer provided but very small wind, takes forever to dry my hair. Tv has no subscription, cant watch at all.

The property was Balinese Design, with beautiful decor, wooden and homey. This was complimented well by the very friendly and helpful staff. Pool was beautiful, clean and fresh. Definitely will be back soon.

Location is next to GWK convenient when going to DWP
Facilities, literally nothing beside bed and cooler. Not a closed space so AC can’t make the room cool down at day time ( it was 16C and max fan speed in my room and still so hot)
