Charles and Brigida were excellent hosts! They were able to source a high chair and cot for us despite us booking very last minute. Their communication was excellent and they were very attentive and friendly. The place itself is brilliantly situated between many north Norfolk hotspots. We found getting around very simple, the longest journey we took was 20 minutes to Wells. We also visited Norfolk Lavender (10 minutes), Brancaster beach and The Crab Hut (10 minutes), Burnham Market (10 minutes), Thornham Deli (10 minutes) and The Orchard with Eric’s Chippy (10 minutes). We know our way around north Norfolk but still found the information Charles and Brigida provided very helpful. Their recommendations were all places I would also recommend. For the nights you decide to eat in, I thoroughly recommend Thornham Deli for stocking up on some fresh prepared meals and wine. The kitchen had everything you could need, including the unexpected luxury of Nespresso. Beds were comfy and beautifully dressed. We loved that the property was all one level as we were travelling with our 1 year old. Also excellent to not have to think about parking with the little one in tow! We had a wonderful time and plan to visit the property again in the future, thank you both! :)

Comfy and nicely decorated bedrooms. Second toilet was a bonus. Spacious living area. Smart tv was handy. Close walking distance to a Spar and pub and short drive to some nice beaches and towns. Juice and milk on arrival was a nice touch.
