In general it was a good stay

The location was great, bus are running and its in the coast line

Sheets are a bit old flawed, duvet cover has stain, no towel hanger where you can hang your stuff while taking shower, lights are dim not all lights are working we need to use the lamplight from the room to make the living area brighter, only limited cookware.

Do not waste the Money

I like the location

I have to start by saying that it is a property that is not maintained, everything is dirty, my wife had to clean the kitchen and bathroom and the fridge the sofas were dirty and old, the dining table in the top part had a scratch. The beds are super uncomfortable because you feel like it's been a long time since they changed the mattresses and you feel the springs, you wake up with back pain, there are cushions that smell disgusting, there is no parking next to the caravan, they don't give you fob and every time you enter the main entrance you have to call reception, when you book with BOOKINGS you do not have the access to the main areas such as the restaurant,bar,Arcade,entertaiment and pool, you have to buy a pass for each person it costs £12. I do not recommend this property do not waste the money. how did i lose it.

Never again!

Location was nice as children managed to play outside in the warm weather.

The caravan we hired was very dirty and outdated. Bed sheets hadn't been changed for some time. They smelt bad and were dirty. There was a filthy bed sheet with blood stains hanging from our bathroom door. Absolutely vile! Their were supposed to be 2 toilets, but one was out of order. The cupboard under the sink had disgusting bits of cloth and peices of pipes in it. The shower hadn't been cleaned for some time and was NOT capable of being used. My kids woke up with rashes on their faces because of the filthy pillow cases. The pillows themselves were not filled with any proper filling material but just trashy bits of used foam. The beds would move around if we tossed and turned. Therefore, we had to stuff 2 pillows next to their legs to prevent them from wobbling. I called the owner and told him, but he was dazed to what I had to say and just replied, saying it was self-catering??? And what!? I called him the next day again as my kids skin was looking horrendous after sleeping on them sheets, but he didn't answer, neither called back. Would never ever book with them again. Oh yes, not forgetting, we found several tiny hair pieces on the crockery and plates. Absolutely vile! The moral of the story is that if you're going to own something, take pride in it! You cannot expect to be hiring out trash like that and then expecting 5*reviews. I've addressed all this to the owner, who replied saying he does not accept my feedback as I had met the cleaners on the way out (when checking out), and I should have addressed my concerns to them!?!?. Why? Its not their fault you're keeping a tight budget on purchasing new sheets and not having them washed regularly. Your beds are falling apart. Clearly, there are plenty of dust mites and bed bugs to keep you awake, scratching the whole night!

The worst host ever, bad comunication - we needed to spend £352.18 per night on Bank Holiday weekend on emergency accommodation and they ruined the bank holiday weekend really

the site is run down, the staff aren’t helpful and the site tickets are £20 for adults and £15 for children, not the £4.

absolutely nothing, not clean, mop is disgusting. the whole place was lined with dirt, bedding wasn’t cleaned. broken bed that I got a cut on my face from, my daughter was crying that she had a broken bed.

I like the place because Nearly at the seaside 10minutes walk from the caravan .10minutes away from the town itself

The caravan itself is good but didn't clean it properly lots of bits and pieces so filthy under the sofa bed need proper vacuum and shampooing the sofabed. Was so disappointed because the bed was broken and owner itself he knows its was broken, what a heck?one more thing i paid amazon prime because my son used the TV, supposedly the owner responsibility to inform to us but nothing ,I paid extra £44.44..0😔😔

Average we like to stay in caravan! Situated on the coast !

Was clean bedding, have microwave, fridge, kitchen cutlery, kettle, Wi-Fi personal for caravan, tv work fine, spare bedding for guests .

Fridge and freezer was dirty, average not too clean in the caravan. Stairs to caravan was flimsy remade of old wood. One of single beds were broken. I have booked parking and no parking space near caravan.

I didn’t like that the caravans wasn’t sign posted, we was forever walking around in circles, in the end we got quicker at finding it! The TV was broken, called the owner he said it will be sorted on Saturday and the owner said he will call to keep me posted but never did! also the oven was broke so I couldn’t use that either. These things needs to be checked it’s what I pay my money for 🤷🏽‍♀️

Before we turned up I called the owners to get the key 20 mins later I got a call back saying the cleaner is away so it has not been cleaned agreed to have a refund of £20! Got to the caravan and it was disgusting, didn’t think it would have been that bad, no clean bedding sheets everywhere and the floors had looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months oven is dodgy as anything just general filth everywhere and this shouldn’t have been up for rent because of the state it was in I messaged them and said £20 a night refund they said no but can do £40 so agreed with that sent bank details and messages about the money, to be told I will pay Friday after the caravan has been checked and no damage!! Nothing damaged from us as we respect others things Doesn’t sit right with me as it wasn’t a deposit for damages it was for the fact I paid full money for a dirty skanky place haven’t had any messages back or the £40 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE STAYS HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE LIVING LIKE A DOG 0 out of 10 and will never rebook as it was vile Thanks for nothing

Dirty, unsanitary and disappointing

The size of the caravan was appropriate for a large family of 8 or 2 small families. It is unlikely more than 4 adults would be comfortable sharing this space however, 4 adults and 4 children would be accommodated fine. There is also room to fit an infant aged 2 or under in addition to the 8 person maximum. The lounge area that is used for additional sleeping in excess of the 3 bedrooms is a very reasonable size.

Upon arrival at the property my attention was first drawn to how unclean the property was. The floors, the kitchen cupboards, the shower, the toilet, the bedding (including sheets) the windows were all dirty. I was contacted by the owner the night before to ask if I would like to bring my own bedding and sheets or use theirs? I explained that I was travelling with 4 young children and that I would appreciate to use their bedding and sheets as this would be an additional strain bringing these additional items for a large group of people. I also requested for the beds to be made up ready to sleep in. The owner said that this was not a problem and he would have that arranged for me. Upon arrival the sheets were not made up on the beds ready to use. They were just left in a poorly folded pile at the end of each bed for me to do myself. While making up the beds this is when I noticed the all the stains and marks on the bed sheets. •The kitchen cupboards were dirty and clearly had not cleaned before our arrival. It was essential for me to wash up all the bowls, plates, mugs, glasses and cutlery we intended to used before we used them. The microwave was also dirty. •The bathroom still had toothpaste on the sink and brown marks on the shower and the wall opposite the toilet I can only assume that this was human waste. There was also stains on the floor behind the toilet it’s self. •The floors were dirty throughout and not cleaned to a covid secure standard. If the floors had have been cleaned to a good standard then the cleaners would have found the soiled pair of nickers that had been left in the main bedroom under the double bed. Furthermore, the cleaners would have found the 3 used cotton buds left at the edge of the living room floor. This property could have benefited from a broom and a clean dustpan and brush for guests to use during their stay to help maintain it. I was horrified at the repulsiveness of the mop that was left in the utility cupboard.

The property was very unclean if I would have taken children I wouldnt of stayed there was hair in and on covers biscuit and sweets under sofa coffee stains on walls mould in bathroom foot prints in shower dust every where front room door handle opens wrong way microwave not clean fridge smellt really bad couldn't put food or drink in there and dribble stains on pillow carpet needs changing but that's the least of the problem
