I liked the area, everything was close by, the beds were super comfortable and plenty of storage

There wasn’t a thing that I didn’t like

We stayed in Apartment 2. It was clean, a fabulous size, and had everything we needed, including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, towels, tea, coffee and milk sachets. The shower was lovely, the sofa and beds were comfortable (although mine was a little squeaky if I moved around too much), and the large TVs in each room were a nice touch. The location is excellent for the beach — just a few minutes' walk to the seafront, with that stretch of beach allowing dogs off lead. It's only a few more minutes to the pier, but far enough away that there was no noise from it. There are plenty of options for eating out or getting food in, and the apartment has good cooking facilities, including a collection of pots and pans. The parking space was easy to find and a decent size (although with a 5m-long vehicle I would have struggled with the space for Apartment 3 and wouldn't have been able to park in the space for Apartment 4). Once we parked on the Friday we didn't move the van again until we left on Monday - result, and testament to the great location of the apartment. The hosts were very communicative, and on the first morning checked that we'd settled in and had everything we needed. We asked for a plug for the kitchen sink, and this was dropped off to us.

The main downside for us was our sleep being significantly disturbed by light and noise. The bedrooms have Venetian blinds rather than curtains, which reduce glare but don't block out much light, so we were awake around sunrise each morning. Don't forget your sleep mask unless you love a bright bedroom! There was also a lot of noise from the apartment above. We couldn't hear voices (although on the second night I got woken by someone above snoring), but whenever people were moving around it echoed through the ceiling. For the first two nights this wasn't too bad as the people settled at a sensible time and didn't get up particularly early. On the third evening, however, there was a family above us and their small child was running backwards and forwards for ages. Said child then started up again at the crack of dawn, which meant I couldn't sleep beyond 6:40am. C'est la vie, it got me to the beach by 7.30am and there was no one there! The surrounding area was also generally quite noisy due to lots of hotels/holiday lets and activity nearby, so if you're used to living somewhere quiet, don't forget your ear plugs. One minor issue was that the front door was frequently left unlocked by other guests, but we felt secure in our apartment. The arrival instructions could also be clearer, as they directed us around to the front of the property, despite there being a gate directly beside the parking and the front door immediately next to that.

Location was great, rooms were spacious and Appartment was clean. Facilities provided were good.

There were lot of small flies inside the Appartments which was a bit annoying otherwise it was a great place to stay
