The property was clean and included everything we needed for our trip.The hosts were very attentive and costumer service was really great. Location was excellent.

The location and the amount of rooms! Home away from home with all the little extras you need that you don’t need to bring! They provided towels, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, kitchen paper, washing up liquid, sponge, cleaning cloths, body wash, toothpaste and the list goes on! 3 microwaves, washing machine and dryer. Everything you think you may need is there! The location is a 5 minute walk to the pier and about 7 mins walk to the high street but yet far enough away to not hear a single sound when in the home as it’s a quiet street! Really enjoyed the stay

There were no big mirrors anywhere which made for difficulty in everyone tying to get ready, there were small handheld ones in each room but larger ones on a wall would have been nice

Plenty of toilet paper, shower hot. Host responded with limited advice mind you.

Where to start? Left over food in fridge and toiletries in bathroom covering mould or grim. Wall outside toilet gross. Heating and TV did not work. Exposed, live electrical wires. Random second hand shower screen in lounge, along with random dining chairs. No curtains in front bedroom. Door screwed to wall where renovations taking place. Freezer leaked. Cooking pots dirty. Photos do not match ad. Obviously used as multiple student accomodation as evidenced by the 3 microwaves and locks on every door. The random fire alarm at 4.40 am caused quite a panic. Handwritten signs on doors and appliances. NOT an 8.1 rating by ANY means. (Mates) Under renovation, should not be on Booking.com. Requesting a full refund.

Liked the location, it was right next to the beach which was great, and the owners were very helpful and even made sure that there was stuff there like bottles of water, toiletries, etc for us. Easy access to cleaning products and easy to follow instructions. Owners were easy to speak too and fast at responding. Big house with lots of space, even for a big family, plenty of bedrooms with again space.

Only down side of the stay was on the first night with the kids walking around the house on bare feet the bottom of their feet were black from the carpet and wooden flooring so had to get them some slippers.

No proper allocated parking, apart from literally right outside house that could only fit a very small car. Oven did not light as ignition button for oven was not working

House is in need of a repairs needs a full paint right through and needs updating The smell is awful sofa stinks really bad the house smells damp especially in the kitchen. There is cctv in hall and kitchen. The hoover supplied isn't picking up as all floors was dirty tried to re hoover my insoles to my new trainers are filthy from my socks walking around the house. There is a cracked window to front in small bedroom. Kitchen needs a deep, clean, greesy walls tiles. Kettle Do NOT USE filthy limescale coming of with every boil had to use a pan to make a brew. Had to re wash all the children's plates and bowls all put away dirty. All curtain nets have been hand cut and have holes in them Garden is not functional overgrown weeds. The drive is hardly a drive unless you have a smart car. Didn't like the locks and keys on every single room with us having small children. Cobwebs right through the house and every corner and skirting board filthy. No headboards on the beds. Didn't feel like home from home felt like a run down hostel took lots of pictures

Amazing , clean house and the hosts are really generous also the communication was amazing as they always answered my messages as soon as i message them

It’s out of their control but the seagulls were so noisy 😂 I did really like everything about this property and probably if there is another toilet or shower downstairs for big families it would be great
