The caravan itself was extremely comfortable & clean. There was plenty of space, and it smelt very clean & fresh - it was clearly well looked after.
The outdoor pool was heated, and even though it was a hot sunny day - this was fabulous & very appreciated.
We found the service in The Boathouse at lunchtime (the day we arrived), to be exceptionally slow, even though it wasn't busy and we had only ordered sandwiches.
Pool was a 1 hour slot in the morning, and 1 hour in the afternoon. Having paid quite a lot for a 2 night break & it didn't seem to be that busy at the park, a longer time slot would have been appreciated.

The location is great and the caravan is lovely and comfortable
Would be nice to have some written information about the camp and caravan left for you to read
No Wi-Fi at all available very disappointing for my little grandson
