The procedure for check in was excellent, very simple and smooth. Location of the caravan was very close to all amenities with parking bays very close to the accommodation. Everything you needed was supplied in the very well equipped caravan.

Brand new caravan, very clean modern and spacious. Ideal location to parking, and a short two min walk to the main complex and facilities. Plenty of pots pans and trays for cooking and loved the size of the mugs for a cuppa in the morning 😊
The bin had not been cleaned from previous caravan it came from. Looked like previous people did not use a bin bag and it was all mouldy and smelly, took away from the brand new smell of the van. Cleaned with hot water and soon resolved the situation. Was a shame we couldn't use the decking as or is finally planned but camping chairs and the two under the bed did the trick.

Its location was good not to far from the main entertainment and restaurants etc, lovely sitting area outside property was clean and felt very comfortable and homely
The shower was leaking and there a strong smell of damp or sewage when u walked into the caravan after being out

Interior new and high quality .
Access was dreadful and for a mixed aged family it spoilt the trip. No path to the entrance. Mud and unstable ground as very boggy. I tried to request help with the number given on arrival and NO answered or called me back.
