Just what was needed, all the guests enjoyed their stay.

The location was excellent for our purposes. Having a lockbox for the key was very helpful. The house was very well furnished and decorated.

I would suggest grab bars in the bathroom A clothes drier would have been handy but other than that it was a great place to stay.

A problem stay. All because the house was not checked over before our stay.

Our stay was dampened by the fact the boiler had packed up before we arrived but to be honest the property was clean, all beds and seating were comfortable, had all the facilities we needed for our stay (eventually, when they were working). The property was situated a short walk from shops, sea front/pier and train station.

The boiler had clearly packed up before we had arrived. Upon arrival the freezer had water lying at the bottom, the fridge was warm too. The house didn't have heating and no hot water for washing. The food that we brought could not be stored in the fridge or freezer and we didn't feel up to a very cold bath/shower. The boiler was fixed on day 2 but we were leaving the next morning. No one had cleaned up the water sitting in the freezer or the water sitting on the worktop under the boiler after the boiler was fixed. Our food we had to take to our relatives house to put in their freezer/fridge and doing all of this when we were up to organize out mother's funeral arrangements, we were not happy.

Neighbours were noisy, even children knocked on the door twice asking us for money. Made my children nervous. My car was

smelt of wet dog. Actually had to go out and buy cleaning products and smellies to mask it.

Good location to the beach and town. Spacious house for a family.

Dirt and litter under the beds and chairs. No blind at large bathroom window, making having a shower at night with the light on a definite no.

Great accomadation

The accomadation is really beautiful. What would have made it perfect was if there was a patio table and chairs to be able to sit in the garden to eat our meals.

The communication between paul, booking.com and us so due to lack of response our son couldnt come with us as not enough time to confirm the need for holiday time off with his employer.

Comfortable and relaxing

Not far from centre of town and railway station. Quiet location and clean.Good size rooms throughout with modern furnishings, full kitchen, diner. Lounge room also has access to garden as well as from kitchen. Would be good for a family or couples get together. Easy to contact owner/manager

The heating itself was great but we did have one radiator knocking a bit no matter how it was set. Didnt have a problem with anything else

The house was clean and beautifully decorated my kids loved having their own rooms it was situated very close to the beach with amenities close too

There were six of us with only one toilet so it was a bit difficult all of us sharing it would have been better if there was a toilet downstairs too. We still loved staying there!😊
