Value for money but dated and tired looking also could do with a deep clean. scale in kettle sofa cushions musky mattres

The veranda especially at night it all lit up and quiet location

The virtual tour looks as if it was done years ago go compared with the actual caravan which now looks dated & tired it could do with updating as well as mattresses need renewing very used & uncomfortable also the checking in says key pad is at the back of caravan but it’s not it’s at the front of caravan facing hard standing at base of steps to veranda so at first was unable to see it as car was parked along side making it not visible

Lovely caravan, nice site, weather good so outdoor space was well used.

Very long walk from site facilities, neighbours a bit noisy at night. Issue with toaster - when used while TV was on it blew the electrics!

We really enjoyed our stay, it was very comfortable.

The location was good. Really efficient communications regarding the rental of the caravan. The caravan was comfortable, well equipped and mainly suited our needs for 3 nights. The weather was excellent too so we made good use of the comfortable outdoor furniture

I wonder who is responsible for the cleanliness of the oven, I wanted to warm something through but on opening the oven door I was not impressed. I closed it and decided against using it. Also the flush button on the toilet in the shower room kept getting stuck so therefore continued to fill plus the bedroom door to shower room does not close properly.

Very good caravan

Great location not far from the beach. Fully equipped caravan, it has all the necessary utensils and cookware, comfy beds and enough room for 5 people. Good wide deck outside with plenty of furniture. Lovely interior, a lot of books and dvds for children. We were a bit concerned because of the review that previous customers left but fortunately everything was ok for us.

One of the toilet flushes was faulty but we used the other one. We also didn't enjoy the beach as it was muddy but it's not caravan owners' fault of course :)

We arrived and left within a couple of hours. It was a disgrace!

Nothing! The property was a disgrace. The TV did not work, the place was dusty and dirty (someone’s old coat and towel left on a bed!), the cooker did not work until we found that it had been turned off with the switch hiding behind the cutlery draw. Then no gas at all! No hot water/boiler was off and the toilet flush did not work. It was a private caravan and Haven maintenance kindly looked at the issues but could not resolve them all. We were forced with no option but to head home. very upset children and can honestly say that this was an absolutely disgrace of a caravan.
