The location. The site is close to a good safe beach. The caravan is easy to find on the site itself, next to the shop, easy parking, quite near the entertainment hub but far enough away not too hear it.
The caravan itself. Spacious, with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is spotlessly clean, very well equipped and has an enclosed furnished balcony. Fast WiFi was included.
We had stayed before, and booked again for these reasons.
By booking direct with the owner I knew exactly what caravan I was getting, and it included extra equipment.
But it cost more than booking a caravan from the site operator, and we would have had to pay a fair bit extra to get use of the pool / entertainment hub.
Like all static caravans, the bedrooms and beds are small and not particularly comfortable, if you are more used to hotels.
