Modern Penthouse with Balcony - Near Beach & Town

Always a top posh stay 3rd time

Area is depressing but your not there during day anyway

We stayed for two days with our grandsons and couldn't fault the accommodation. The space, the comfort, the beds, the balcony, the location, communication, equipment. All much more than expected. Photos can't demonstrate the ambience of the place. Our ten year old described it as 'luxurious'. Convenient and spot on for a seaside break. Pizza takeaway two doors away and Wetherspoons just round the corner. Also near the theatre so we sat on the balcony Saturday evening and listened to the concert for free! All in all would recommend to anyone and already have 😄

Two flights of stairs not great for us oldies - but it is a penthouse! Parking location round the back street felt a bit dubious but was OK. Minor points as everything else was great.

Fantastic location, sparkling clean with everything we needed.

Parking a bit tricky but just required a bit of planning and patience - not bad considering the location.

Apartment itself was nice and spacious, comfortable beds, nice clean towels and bed linen. Host was really helpful.

Location of the property was OK for getting to the seafront, but the noise of cars racing up and down late at night was really loud, people early hours of the morning walking down the alleyway next to the bedroom windows shouting, pigeons on the bedroom windowsills constantly cooing all hours of the day and to much poo to open the windows. Dishwasher could do with a replacement.
