The luxurious penthouse has fantastic kitchen facilities, a spacious living room to relax including a smart TV and beautiful river views.

It is centrally located in the popular seaside resort of Great Yarmouth. It has been renovated throughout with an open plan living space to provide comfortable accommodation for all year round holidays. This popular tourist destination is great for couples and families alike, with the bustling Great Yarmouth seafront just a short walk away. The area is a fantastic base from which to explore all that Norfolk has to offer. The Broads National Park, stunning coastline and undulating countryside, peppered with country pubs, makes this a superb choice for all. Beach ½ mile.

Please note that the parking area is rather narrow and large cars/vans could have difficulties (alley width of 2.45m).
If required we offer the option to provide an extra foldable bed. The costs are £17 per night.
Early check-in and/or early check-out can be arranged for an additional fee of £25 (subject to availability).
To give you peace of mind and maintain our high standards, we offer two options to cover you against small unintentional damage at this property.
We offer the option to add a Damage Waiver for just £25 per stay that covers up to £250 in accidental damages during your stay. Alternatively, you may choose to pay a refundable Safety Deposit of £250. The hold on your payment method will be released within 7 working days after your check-out subject to no damages.

Really good location it took minutes to find somewhere to eat. We travel to GYarmouth every 6 weeks to do a welfare check on my brother and we will definitely returning. The place is very modern, decorated beautifully and fully equipped with everything we needed; we didn't realise until we go there but we also had a lush view of the river. The hosts were fab regarding communications, thanks for such a great stay!

The flat is very much as seen in photos. Well equipped. Comfortable beds. Reasonably comfortable seating area, but not ‘cosy’. The location on main through road means there is a lot of traffic noise from lorries, which surprised us.
