How clean and tidy it was

Spotlessly clean, very well finished. Shower was great with shampoo, body wash etc provided .
The outside space was tiny which was fine for us but probably wouldn’t suit people who wanted alfresco drinks and food.
The gulls were a pain so take some earplugs

Free parking right outside the door was perfect. Once we entered the house the cleanliness of the whole property was fantastic. Everything was spotless and the smell of each room was incredible, and that smell stayed for the entire stay which showed it wasn't just a quick spray of something but rather a full deep clean.
To be honest, the street it's on is a little bit run down but that's Gt Yarmouth as a whole. No issues with neighbours and managed to park right outside the front door.

Good communication from the host, information about parking permit and keys was given very promptly modern home, well maintained and clean. Enough kitchen utensil's for us, and there was toilet roll and towels available which is good as some people charge extra for that.
I wouldn't class this property as pet friendly. My mini dachshunds could easily push the doors open to rooms, and there was no dog bowl for their water.
Parking was a problem. Although we had a parking permit, we couldn't find a space on Manby Rd for the night we stayed and had to park 2 streets over.
There was no dressing table in either bedroom, so I had to sit on the floor of the landing to do my make up and hair. The pillows were very flat too.
