About this house rental
With this property the pictures really do tell the story.
This home has been owned and loved by a well known Rotorua family who have recently redone the kitchen and bathrooms to a very high standard. I also have an often available Lake Tarawera waterfront Lockwood property that sleeps 11 with a new jetty. It may be beneficial to have a second look using my name Norman Donald and 2 lakes, as an alternative, if you get my drift here.
For anyone who is looking for real comfort with the owner's chattels rounding off the perfect setup. Good comfortable beds, the property can sleep up to 12 with the help of a fold out bed and sofa bed. The master bedroom has a delightful ensuite plus a full bathroom upstairs to service the other bedrooms. The master bedroom's 2 super king singles can be put together to make a Californian king sized double bed, plus 2 additional singles in this room with another bed under this so that can be made into a double as well. There is a cot (old style) in the closet in the Redwood bedroom plus an extra single bed. The middle bedroom has great city and lake views and an additional fold down bed in the closet and a rollaway bed as well. At the rear of the house the BBQ area is set privately and will be well used over the summer months!! If its golf clubs, mountain bikes, jet ski-is or whatever there is a large roomy double garage to stow your gear. Also a full sized beer fridge in the garage. This really is the place for 4 + couples to come and enjoy Rotorua for a golfing holiday or whatever they fancy!

The host allowed us to drop gear off early before check-in so we could go boating with friends on the lakes. The house was perfect for the two family's annual week stay in Rotorua over summer. It was a great rental price.

The house has everything you could possibly need on a holiday. We really liked that we could take our dogs with. Location could not be better, you can literally walk to the Redwood Forrest and we did, several times. I saw in a comment that the yard was not fully fenced, so I took a roll of plastic squares with to close the gap. It would be great if a gate could be added or something done to make it fully fenced. We had a fantastic time and loved the house. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your house.

Furniture is very dated and felt like a bit of a rest home on arrival.
However bathrooms and kitchen were good.
