The location is the big draw. Close to the markets, restaurants, theaters, and several train stations. The A/C worked very well!
The shower is very narrow, and the dispensers are placed such that they further encroach on you while showering. The water is very very soft, and that makes the bathroom quite slippery. Be very careful stepping out of the high tub wall. The phone in the room didn’t work, but lit up all night long. Very high room cost for a hotel that has no amenities: no bar, restaurant, gym, pool, etc. You are paying for location and 24hr front desk.

The room was beautiful. The bathroom was large with plenty of space for products. The location is fantastic. Just a few blocks from Embankment station.

Location is great. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Very clean. Comfortable beds
Nothing to dislike. It’s great for the kind of hotel it is…. I.e. one without a bar or restaurant on site but that doesn’t really matter thanks to the location
