    Breakfast was very good. Gluten and lactose free means choice very limited in all day menu and when your stay is 7 days. Steak and chips gets boring every night.

    Hotel is well looked after, rooms are of a good quality and size. Very clean. Only real dissappontment was finding the bar closed just after midnight and no room service drinks. Definitely no 24 hour city here.

    Undisclosed Room Defect: Room *** had NO door separating the bedroom and bathroom—a critical structural flaw omitted from the booking description. Severe Check-In Delay: When demanding a room change, the replacement accessible room was not even cleaned on time. I was forced to wait until 4:40 PM just to finally check in. Gross Hygiene Violations: In the accessible room, clean towels were placed directly next to the toilet bowl. Despite my explicit request NOT to put towels there, housekeepers repeated the exact same thing the next day. Taking Tips Without Proper Service: Housekeeping took the daily cleaning tips I left, yet completely ignored basic hygiene requests. Deceptive Policy Fabrication: Front desk management falsely claimed this was "official SOP for accessible rooms," but the General Manager later admitted in writing that no such SOP exists. They fabricated a policy simply to dismiss a valid complaint. Wasting Precious Travel Time: Under the guise of "investigating and resolving the issue," management repeatedly held me up for 1 to 2 hours every single day, completely ruining my daily schedule and travel itinerary. Insolent Response from General Manager: When I emailed the General Manager regarding these severe issues, the response was a mere 1-night refund offer with zero genuine apology or remorse. I left the room completely spotless upon check-out, but management’s deception, delays, and lack of basic hygiene standards were appalling. Highly NOT recommended.
