Lovely room with great facilities and spotlessly clean. Location perfect for our requirements. Excellent breakfast with courteous attentive staff. On arrival at the Hotel we were immediately greeted by friendly staff who took our luggage and delivered it promptly to our room. Reception staff were efficient and friendly as we checked in and the glass of Prosecco we were offered was most welcome and enjoyed! Thank you!

Great location
Blackout curtains were excellent
Dangerous window design on 5th floor and safety lock was not locked in so I had to ask for someone to come to sort it so my 3 year old would not be at risk of falling out of the window.
Took 20-30 minutes to get a coffee at breakfast which is the worst wait I’ve ever had at a hotel breakfast

comfortable bed- excellent location
Offered a welcome drink as room was not ready when we arrived (3pm), but this was never given. shower unclean, lift shut on my arm leaving a large bruise
