Excellent central location. Walkable to everything. The rooms were quaint and comfortable and the staff was very helpful.
Construction out in front of the hotel was going on at the time of our visit but it was not too much of a distraction.

The staff and location. Very accommodating.
Not essentially about the hotel, but the lobby bar. They pour wine at 125ml and charge for 175ml. You can do better.

I've stayed twice now: the lift was not working either time.
