    Close to Dumbo and Brooklyn Bridge. This hotel offers clean rooms and comfortable beds and is conveniently located near public transportation and attractions

    Despite lack of customer service at reception, the location of the hotel provides decent access to Downtown Brooklyn area as well as to NYC trains. The Facilities are also lacking a bit especially the Bathroom 🚽 & Shower and the Elevator is confusing because you have to scan your hotel keycard every single time to use it. But if that doesn’t bother you as a Sokol traveler than it should be ok. The best part is that the Bed was soft and comfortable. Walls were clean. No tobacco smell & neighbors were not too noisy. Not my first choice for hotel but if you can find a discount on the price for 1-2 nights might be worth it for you.

    It was pleasant quite & clean. The staff was super helpful as well. We enjoyed our night peacefully.

    Room was hot and muggy.....staff could do nothing but bring us fans, which helped a little. No adjustment in cost was made.
