    only gave us 2 towels and no bath mat and the shower leaked so we asked for more towels and they arrived covered in hair.  hair on the bed and in the pillow case too.  I had tried to extend my reservation an extra night but they told me I had to make a second reservation via Agoda and they would connect them upon arrival however whoever checked me in didn't connect the 2 reservations and they were banging on my door the next day telling me to check out even tho I had booked a second night and was told I was good to go for 2 nights when I checked in.  Most disturbing tho was the AC didn't work so I called to ask for assistance and the maintenance man hit on me while standing in my room, told me I was beautiful then stood there until I asked him to leave.  it was so uncomfortable!!  Too bad b/c the location was good and we loved the balcony.
