    The Location is superb, offering easy access to transport and shopping . While the cleanliness was generally good , some aspects could be improved. Staff interactions were average and facilities met basic needs but lacked standout features, Overall, it offers solid value for money and restful sleep environment

    When we arrrive, we are 2 hours earlier. We know that we still couldn't check in so we asked them if we can leave our luggages, but they told us that we need to pay 20HKD per lugagge for us to leave it with them. So we just take it with us while waiting to checkin. The rooms was quite ok. Not too small compared to others. We can still fit 2 big luggages by pushing the beds together. The room was not even a bit sound proof. We clearly hear the next room even if they are just talking low. The bathroom is old and not that clean. They only have disposable towels and nothing else. The hallway smells terrible like your not in a hotel. We needed iron which is a basic necessity for a hotel but they didn't have it. They also didn't clean our room in one day so we needed to tell them to clean it the next day. The facility was not even worth for the price we pay.
