I’ve stayed here a few times as it is close to my office. The location is perfect. Rooms are set up well and 7/10 clean. There are 5 elevators and I have yet to stay here when all five are operational. The lobby is often loud and crowded with tour groups but they tend to keep the noise on the ground floor. The cafe is overpriced and worth skipping. I took a chance my first stay and got coffee made from moldy beans. Not an issue as there are great restaurants in all four directions within a few minutes’ walk. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Be warned the keycards will often die mid-stay; always corrected without issue at the front desk.

I specifically chose to get a large bed beforehand cos thats the option i picked cos I booked a week ahead of stay but haven’t granted… they gave a twin bed insteqd Nevertheless, a night of stay was still good….

I always recommended the Cozi Harbourview highly - the rooms have a good size, the view is good - but last night, I hardly slept and woke up with a severe headache - mainly because the lift was so noisy and it felt like sleeping in an MTR station. I hope that this is a temporary problem and will be fixed by the hotel.

I requested the non smoking room but the room I got had a really strong cigarettes smell even after staying a couple hours with the air conditioner turned all the way up, hope they really clean their air conditioner regularly
