    房間的空間非常寬敞，對於地狹人綢的香港來說非常可貴。飯店雖有年紀了但維持的還算得宜且環境衛生維持的也不錯。浴室有浴缸。樓下是街市，販售便宜又好吃的水果，同時飯店樓下的街上就有路面電車經過，是很便利的地方。附近的餐廳選擇也很多元而且都很好吃，北角的物價在香港來說是相對比較便宜的，同時飯店離地鐵站也不遠，走路5分鐘以內就到。

    We stayed in the Family Suite at the Ramada Hong Kong Grand View, and overall it was a decent choice for a family of four. The suite offered ample space, which made our stay comfortable, and the location in North Point was excellent for getting around both Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. Some visitors might find the hotel’s position—right next to the North Point Market—a little unusual, as it can feel busy and unfamiliar to foreigners, and may even feel unhygienic. However, being born in Hong Kong and returning for a holiday, this is quite normal and instead, it gave my children, who weren’t born here, a chance to experience the authentic atmosphere of a local market, something you don’t often get in more tourist-oriented areas. The only real issue we encountered was not with the hotel itself, but with Agoda. We were certain we had booked the room with breakfast included, but Agoda’s system did not show this on the receipt or invoice. This made it impossible to dispute with the hotel, and Agoda’s customer service was frustratingly unresponsive. In today’s world, online support should be the easiest way to resolve issues, but Agoda seems to use it as a way to avoid complaints. The other issue, not having read the descriptions properly, was that the pool has been permanently closed. Therefore, thinking that I had booked with a pool since the photos showed of the pool, this was no longer available with our stay.

    This hotel location are very far away from central and rooms are very small and they don’t provided drinking water bottles also staff aren’t coprative
