    Very good location. If taking a21 bus to/from the airport, take/alight at kimberly road. Near to everything shopping (mira place), waso cafe which is popular to locals and lin hueng lau tea house. This was our 2nd stay at the hotel.

    Location was superb. Room size, toilet & bed were pretty small. There was no bottled drinking water, hand towel, hand wash and smell of body wash/shampoo too pungent.

    Surprised they call themselves a 4 star hotel. Location quite decent, 6-7 mins walkable from TST MTR. Staff attitude some very difficult or rude. Unhelpful and rigid. They wont cooperate anything whatsoever. Not sure they understand the word hospitality.
