    everything is all good except for the bed thats too firm.

    Staff were all very friendly and nice. Hotel location was excellent. However, No facilities nor good amenities, hotel is old, cleanliness was so so, maintenance were extremely poor. Our room allocated, the water from the basin to the drainage started flowing backwards and wet the whole floor. Also I have NEVER encountered a hotel that charges so much but never provided a piece of soap, nor liquid hand soap. To make it worst, have you heard of a hotel that only provides body gel and absolutely nothing else, no shampoo nor conditioner. If you decided to stay in this hotel, bring all your toiletries… uh, they provided 2 tooth brush for 2 guests. For the price I paid, it’s really over-charged.

    This hotel does not have any facilities and they dont provide mineral water. Not sure if this the norm for 2 stars hotel. Location is convenient
