    We were moved to a room on the 18th floor. The lift only goes as far as the 17th, so you have to take the stairs for the final floor. We accepted this as the room was slightly larger. Unfortunately, this was clearly not one of the updated rooms. The whole room and bathroom had very strong 1990s vibes and felt extremely dated. The location of the hotel is excellent and is probably its biggest strength. The main thing letting the hotel down is simply its age. The room was clean enough, but there is only so much cleaning can do — you can’t really clean a 1990s bedroom and bathroom into 2026. With some proper refurbishment this could be a very good hotel, especially given the location.

    The Aircon is centralised and I think because of that is why it's not that cold and too many dust inside the room despite how many times we request make up rooms still they didn't clean the dusts. Also no free water (first hotel that I've encountered that has no bottle of water for free)
