    Room was not cleaned properly despite the 3 pm check in. There is a used bandage on the floor and spillage of i dont know what that is near the bed. You would have to carry all of your baggages using the stairs so good luck if you have plenty! Despite that, we are trying to enjoy our stay at this place but the front desk that is in charge at night is so rude!!! When we came up at night around 9pm, we rang the doorbell at the entrance as we thought we left our key at the room to open the main entrance door. We then found it then when we were near the elevator upstairs near the front desk area then she shouted at us in gibberish english since we cannot understand what she is talking about in her native language. She was shouting about why we didnt use the key card to open the front door entrance. We also experienced a sudden drop from the elevator, scary.

    I had an amazing time in Hong Kong, staying at M plus hotel! Great value for money! It was conveniently located close to the MTR and all the shops, making it easy to get around. The room is small, modern and very comfortable. The bed was super comfortable and made me fall asleep peacefully. The front desk staff were helpful with everything, and check-in went smoothly. Thank you for a great stay!

    HK hotels are usually expensive and this hotel fits right into our budget. It is small but very comfortable bed with TV and good AC. The bathroom is small but it could separte the shower and the toilet, plus there is hot water. There is free ice and drinking water!! Location is good also near the bus stops and mrt!

    The location of this hotel is very convenient and easily accessible to the MTR, shops, and restaurants. The downside is that the day-shift front desk staff were quite unapproachable / unwelcoming. They didn’t smile or even respond to greetings, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the hotel provides free access to ice and drinking water for all guests, which is very convenient.
