The hotel is exceptional clean and the stuff is amazing and helpful. The best part is the location of the hotel it’s near shopping centres and a few minutes walk to the beach.

If you into an aesthetically pleasing place, this was not it for me. Pictures definitely look better than reality. Whilst the room is pleasantly spacious, I didnt quite enjoy mine. Be mindful the hotel is on the 2nd floor of a very busy centre, further diluting the aesthetic of the place. However location is great! Walking distance to Saunders pool, mojo market and other great eating spots! Breakfast was included which is a great bonus as you get to eat at Zest! I thoroughly enjoyed my mornings having breakfast overlooking the beautiful ocean. Would I book again though?, probably not

Best hotel in the city with such amazing staff and the room was so clean . I like the fact that it’s close to shops and the view from the room was breathtaking.

On arrival, they mentioned they were fully booked.
After receiving room we got a king bed instead of twin.
Had to show booking confirmation to show that it was actually twin & not ki ng.
Got a different room to what was booked, although it was bigger, it was not ocean view.
As we booked for 2 nights, I was told that we must move out to another room the following day & that we must be greatful that we had a bigger room the previous night.
After a long drive we waited to checkin so that a room could be allocated, the next day, instead of enjoying the peace of mind of resting we were moved again with our belongings.
Manager on duty the next day was very rude as if we did not pay for the room and that we should be greatful that we got to stay at their hotel.
