The host is very kind and welcomed us to give the key, instructions of facilities and tips for the sightseeing. The location is excellent and easy access to center of the city and restaurant.

The location was super.

Spacious apartment with a wonderful view over the city of Genova crawling up the hills and mountains. Room was very clean, and ample space to host 3-4 people comfortably for a couple of days. Morning coffee and snack for the first morning are provided and the kitchen was well equipped should you want to (for a strange reason) want to pass up on the lovely Genovese food and cook at home. Communication with Andreea was the best I've had so far, extremely responsive and clear. Much appreciated.

The elevators of the building are proper scary, mainly due to the unresponsive touch screen. I understood that the building was constructed in the sixties, but the elevators would really benefit from another overhaul. They're not from the 60s, but when the (resistive, not capacitive) touch screen does not register a command to open the door unless you press your nails deep into the screen, claustrophobia starts to set in. The concierge, however, is very helpful and explained the issue after bringing us to the ground floor and seeing us struggle to press the buttons on the screen.
