Pleasant Guesthouse, Good Location and Cozy Atmosphere

We had an excellent stay. The location is unbeatable — just steps away from fascinating attractions, charming restaurants, and local shops. It was the perfect base for exploring the city on foot. The guesthouse was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We especially appreciated the provided coffee — both capsules and coffee for the coffee maker — along with rusks and jam, which we found very sweet and welcoming. We highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located, and charming place to stay in Genoa.

Although a paid parking option that could be reserved was mentioned, and we had corresponded asking for assistance with the reservation, we did not receive any response—not even to inform us that we would not be able to use it. Upon arriving in Genoa, we tried to contact Beatrice by phone, but she was unavailable. Fortunately, we managed to find a very good parking spot nearby, but this was quite frustrating since we booked this guesthouse partly because of the parking availability. We lost time and were disappointed by the lack of communication. Despite this, our overall experience was very positive.

This is a perfect place to stay in Genova! Very good location, near the railway station. Nice place, clean, comfortable, pleasant for a short stay. The apartment is a fusion between old and new italian style, especially the kitchen, which we really liked. I can just recommend this apartment.

The bathroom may need some renovation, but it's usable! In the kitchen lacked an oven and a dishwasher.

Superb

Casa Dell'Amò Perfetto was very spacious and comfortable for our family of three. There is one bedroom, one living room and a separate kitchen. My daughter slept on the sofa bed in the living room which had a large dining table. There are windows and you can see the cafes below. Yes, you can hear the noise, but it didn't bother us and it was quiet at night. There is a supermarket just below on the ground floor so it was quite convenient. Our hosts also suggested some local restaurants and we went out to a Genovan one nearby. There is a market really close by too. Everything is easy walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped. We found the apartment very comfortable and welcoming and that made us feel at home. We really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were informative and friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend staying here!

Super Lage, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen

Ventilation in der Wohnung hauptsächlich über Ventilatoren. Irreführende Beschreibung in der Anzeige hinsichtlich der Möglichkeit, dass Parken arrangiert werden kann. Während des Aufenthalts reagierte Host nicht auf geschriebene Nachrichten über das Booking Portal. Erst nach telefonischem Anruf erfolgte Hilfe. Zudem gab es am ersten vollen Tag kein Internet .
