About this cottage rental
Sarlat, nestled in a quiet greenery within a property of 6700 m2, we are happy to welcome you in our cottage of 75 m2 comfortable and not overlooked.
The cottage offers 2 bedrooms for 4 people, bedding the first room 160, second room 2 beds of 90 (can make a double bed) sofa bed 2 beds. Sheets and towels are included. (provided once)
Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge. At your disposal: washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, TV, WIFI etc ....
Secure private parking, electric gate.
Large private pool of 11m x 5m
Hard pergola with built-in barbecue, garden furniture and sunbeds petanque field, football cage to entertain big and small.
Close to all shops: supermarket, restaurants, pizzeria, wine bar. Nearby tennis club, bike path, fitness trail, quad bike ride, bike rental, children's play park.
Located 5 minutes from the medieval city and in the heart of all the tourist sites that the region offers you,

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Sarlat.
Laurent was extremely welcoming, and happy to help whenever needed.
The accommodation is ideally situated, only 5 minutes drive from Sarlat centre.
The pool was superb, and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor cooking area.
We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely little gite with a fantastic pool and outside area. We stayed for 2 weeks.l (family of 4 and dog) and really enjoyed it. Sarlat is a great town to visit and the gite is located well for walking into town and getting out and about.

We (four adults) stayed at Laurent's cute gite. We wanted to visit Sarlat and also be on the outskirts so that one of the party could go off for some serious cycling! The gite is on the South side of the town and was, as explained in the blurb a 1.5k walk from the centre. Thus, we had the beauty of both worlds - a quick escape to the surrounding countryside for the cyclist (who discovered a great off road track a km away from the gite) and an equally easy walk into the town. We stayed Friday to Monday. Managed to see the Market on Saturday and eat out in the town on Saturday and Sunday. Sarlat was alive with street musicians, amazing buildings and great food. We also visited Breynac, Le Roque-Gageac and the stunning Domme. All of which are steeped in history. We made great use of the pool and had a thoroughly great stay. Great breakfast on Sunday morning thanks to Laurent. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Laurent our host couldnt have been more helpful, anything we needed was no trouble! He generously left us wine and Pate at the start our stay.The property was finished to a high standard, modern, light and airy, with a gorgeous pool and ping pong table for the kids! Nestling in the woods, approx a mile and a half from the picturesque medieval town of Sarlat, we would really recommend!
