The house and grounds are beautiful, so peaceful, surrounded by nature, not overlooked. The outside kitchen and eating area were such a bonus and we used it everyday. The temperatures climbed to 30 degrees so we loved having the pool and shaded areas as well as the boules, badminton and table tennis. All only a few Kim’s from the beautiful town of Sarlat and many more villages of the Dordogne - there is so much to do if you can tear yourself away from the house!

We stayed at Stephane's place (the host) as it was in a convenient location between Bergerac Airport and some of the points of interests such as Gouffre de Padirac.
Not only the property is situated in a great peaceful location, but it also works very well for two families with 2 master bedrooms downstairs, and a big dorm for the kids upstairs. It is also worth mentioning that Sarlat is a must-see place.
Ultimately, the property was absolutely spot on for us, but Stephane's kindness and availability made it ever better.
