In a calm and quiet place this pretty house discreetly observes the beauty of the medieval city.
located only 200 m from the center of sarlat, house of 170 m 2 any comfort also has an outdoor area just as large (wooden terrace 160 m 2) or you will not tire of enjoying the outdoor lounges, the pool (heated from April to September according to climatic conditions) or its private garden of 2000m2
inside you will find 4 bedrooms including a master suite
3 bathrooms and a sauna
a mezzanine with a library and English billiards.
a large living room with dining room, living room and open kitchen.
a laundry room and a weight room.
internet wifi, tv, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, gas barbecue.
air-conditioned house
we also offer to prepare a Perigord dinner (only on order 4 people minimum) aperitif and drinks included at the rate of 35 € per person.

Exactly as advertised, just outside the beautiful town of Sarlat. There are other houses around, but you don’t really feel overlooked. The host is friendly and helpful. He lives nearby, but left us alone, which was great. It’s a short walk into Sarlat-la-Canéda, but a steep walk home, although I guess you could drive. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay just a short walk to the center of Sarlat. The house was beautiful with every amenity including a sauna and pool. Pierre was so helpful and personable. We could not have asked for a better place. Everything was wonderful.

The house was fine, the pool table fun. The decking is rather tired. Too cold for the pool, in April. Not heated as described
