Located a stone's throw from the historic center, this 125 m² apartment offers an exceptional panoramic view of the entire city. Spacious, bright and quiet, it allows you to fully enjoy the landscape while remaining within walking distance of alleys, restaurants and emblematic places. You will arrive in front of the property and, even before turning off the engine, you will feel something different. The gate will open onto a huge green area that surrounds the house, nearly 5,000 m² of tranquility. You will move forward slowly, already savoring this rare feeling of space and freedom. And you will have the privilege of having several private parking spaces as well as a private garage.
As you approach, you will discover the house, built in 1962. Its slightly vintage charm, its real history, its peaceful presence... It exudes something authentic.
You will walk through the door and enter the living room, in the lower part. A soft light will envelop you. The TV lounge, the dining room and the open kitchen make up a simple, warm space, which immediately makes you want to put down your suitcases and relax. You will feel that the holidays begin here, in this little cocoon where everything seems obvious.
You will then go upstairs. The wide corridor will guide you to three peaceful bedrooms. You'll open one door, then another... and you'll find yourself thinking, "Here, we're going to sleep really well." The bathroom and toilet are independent.
Then you'll go to the terrace. And there... you'll stop.
In front of you, Sarlat will appear below, beautiful, soft, almost unreal. The surrounding hills will form a backdrop that seems to never end. The huge terrace will instantly become your favourite place: a place for breakfast in the sun, for long summer evenings, to watch the city light up gently at night.
