Great place - BEWARE of parking ticket - No free parking

The place is very clean and welcoming. The bed is extremely comfortable. The view was incredible.

We were mislead about the parking. Booking.com list the property as free parking, but in fact there is “public” parking for which there appears to be no spots specifically assigned to the unit. The host knows this. We got a parking ticket for parking exactly where we were told to park. The host refused to reimburse the $29 euro cost. Not right !!

Cosy and quiet place with a fantastic view and super comfortable bed (double). Perfect location if you have a car, and don't want to be in town (but not far from Some of the 5 Terre) . Fiorella was very responsive and helpful.

only that we couldn't stay longer!! we were well aware but note that there are no shops or restaurants in this tiny town. with a car, it's 7 min drive to Corniglia, but the way isn't an easy walk)

Accomodations is exceptional, very comfortable, cozy and pleasant. It is equiped with everything what is needed, practically nothing was missing. We were very satisfied. Communication with owner was pleasant and smooth. 10/10

Perfect Place to relax & enjoy the view

The view was amazing, San bernadino is a cute little town, the apartment is very cozy and the Check in easy. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would love to visit again!

Cinque Terra is busy, but San Bernardino is an escape right next to it.

The location was amazing. A small bus stopped right outside to take us to Vernazza. It was the most incredible view we have ever had at any of our many travels.

The views are amazing! It’s quiet and comfortable. The bathroom is modern and hot water is great. The host is very quick to respond to inquiries.

The location with difficulties in parking. The lack of any local groceries, cafes, or a restaurant within walking distance. We quickly learned to plan ahead for grocery shopping and meals.

Scenic apartment with a unquestionably beautiful view

We loved this small but well equipped apartment. The hosts accepted a very last minute booking on our end, which was highly appreciated! The view from the apartment is unmatched… one of the most amazing views. The apartment was also not a challenge to locate and finding parking nearby was simple. Overall, a positive experience.

It is pretty small, so I think this is good to know it will be a confined space. We didn’t mind this.

The view was incredible (even better than the pictures suggested), and we could hike to 2 of the cinque terre villages, thereby avoiding the crowded train (1 hour hike one way, with significant elevation, but very nice).

Quiet place with unforgettable view

stunning view, quiet village, nice church round the corner with chime play, beautiful and cosy appartment, almost no tourists when compared with the overcrowded coast

Because of the high season and weekend, the parking lot at the church was always full and we rather went to villages by foot, but the last bus from Vernazza was terribly full. Of course, this is not the fault of this accomodation.

EXTREMELY inconvenient location that almost ruined our stay. We had to return by 7 PM every night or else have no way ba

The view was amazing. Bed was comfortable. Everything else was not as expected or terrible.

The location is AWFUL. The owner lied in the listing, there is no 6 minute walk to any beach. It is a 2 hour walk to any beach, and a 70 euro cab EACH WAY. Cabs ended up costing us more than if we stayed in one of the main villages. Absolutely not worth it, especially if you do not know how far away this property really is. The owner responded rudely to my initial questions, and then stopped responding when I inquired about the beach being so far despite her listing. She was not helpful at all. The stove did not work despite the listing saying it does. The shower also only has 3-5 minutes of hot water. The listing doesn’t mention needing a car, but you clearly need a car and be comfortable driving up mountains with no guardrails if you go to this property. Beware of this property.

Everything! The place is amazing! The house is very good, very comfy and the hist super helpful and nice. Above expectations! I really hope I will return some day. Very nice little home with a great view and in a very calm and relaxing place.

Pleasant little home in a very special location with an incredible view!

A very charming house in a beautiful location. Fio was an excellent host and was happy to help me out when I had trouble getting into the house due to a mistake I had made. The view from the balcony is genuinely beautiful, sitting out there each morning felt very special. A great base for exploring Cinque Terre, you can set off each day and know you'll have a quiet hideaway to return to each evening. The house was clean, all the facilities worked, honestly can't think of any complaints. If you are not hugely fit make sure to look into the bus service to san bernardino or to have a car for accessing the house, my friends and I however were happy to walk up along the road from Corniglia each evening and it took us maybe 50 minutes.

excellent stay in heart of nature

excellent location, balcony on cliff of hill so you can see beautiful hills and sea. Host was kind to provide us free toast and jams. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Car parking was free and very close (hardly 100 meters from apartment).

No shops nearby, so bring your grocery, food etc. for entire stay, Also bring your soap, shampoo etc. (not provided by owner).

Hidden gem with stunning view

Awesome location in a little village with a gorgeous view on the ocean! The apartment is fully furnished and perfect for a couple or a family with two kids. Everything you need is there: a Bialetti for making your good morning coffee, a stove for cooking breakfast and within a minute walk there’s a local bistro with delicious food and croissants in the morning.
