A lovely kitchen with many utensils. Quite a lot of private space.
Fluctuating water temperatures in the shower.

Great view, big room, easy to park and close to Corniglia where you can go for diner.

Francesco made an effort to meet us at the bus stop, even if my phone was off, and he couldn't reach us, relying on my message the previous day. The view from the bedroom is excellent. The kitchen has all the amenities to cook. Apart from usual tea, coffee and milk, the hosts even provided some bakery, jams, pasta and and juice, which was a pleasant surprise. The place has its small yard, where you can enjoy beautiful moments of life.

Cool view from the bedroom window on the bay deep below and over to Corniglia. House is well equipped. Contact to the host Francesco nice and uncomplicated. Parking spot perfect (for a small car. You've got to be an experienced driver around there anyway 😊)
It's really very quiet there!
There is a relax area in front of the door but it's in the shade. When we were there it was to cold to chill there. A porch facing south would have been nice. No amenities in the area (whatsoever) next proper shopping is in Levanto.

The property is high up and you have an amazing view from there.
The location is good for exploring the Cinque Terre villages but you either need a car or be prepared to walk a lot, which on the way back is uphill ;-)
The place was clean and warm and the kitchen is well equipped. There is coffee, also milk and juice in the fridge and prepackaged sweets/breads and jams for breakfast.
But as there aren't any shops/restaurants very close by, stock up on food before you come.
The water temperature in the shower was very difficult to adjust - either too hot or too cold.

The location suited us, we had some privacy, perfect views, all that we needed was there, it was cosy, clean and warm.We had information booklets and maps at hand in the apartment to aid with exploration, our car was nearby in our own parking area, the host was friendly and informative and spoke English which was also a help. What we like about these kind of holiday homes is that you get a chance to live like the locals do,and the property scored high in that regard. After hiking most of the time it was a joy to relax in the apartment, we were very relaxed and comfortable.
It was very dark up there, but the property was well illuminated outside.
I didn't think to take photos of the inside but only views from the window
I have been thinking of a negative, and I can't but my partner tells me she would like a more up to date hair dryer, it did its job but I haven't long hair , but it lacked the power of a modern machine, other wise she said it was perfecto.

Francesco met me out front after I arrived and let me in and showed me the facilities, then he left. There are no restaurants or shops within miles, and the roads are very narrow and winding, so once you get here, you'll probably want to stay. He had food for the evening and for breakfast, as it's self-serve for both meals. The view was wonderful, the area, of course, is very quiet. Everything was nice and central to Cinque Terre sights, including Corniglia and Vernazza, the two closest villages. Francesco recommended driving to one of the villages and taking the train to the others. Good advice. Driving doesn't bother me, so I drove to each of the villages to check them out from above, then took the train from Levanto to check out Vernazza and Manarola. It was good advice.
There was nothing to disappoint here. It is what it is, a quiet room high on a mountainside overlooking the sea, with glimpses of three villages down below - Corniglia, Vernazza, and Monterosso. What's not to like about that?

We spent a very comfortable and relaxing night in this cute apartment, feeling just like home! The entire place was very clean and the sheets and towels are of very good quality. The owner has been very communicative and proveided us with all the necessary information. And fabulous sea view from our room!

Nice window view, quiet zone, parking place and close to bus station. Be aware that the bus in the morning in at 9:15 and if you skip it you'll have to go by car, next available bus station is at 50mins walk.
Even though the temperature goes down through the night and outside is pleasant, during summer it remains hot in the house and there is no AC, only ventilator. In this region AC is not common, we had friends that stayed in La Spezia and they also had no AC.

Great place to stay for sightseeing in Cinque Terre if you keep in mind that it is off the beaten path, so a car is necessary. But it is definitely worth it, the apartment is clean,, comfortable, with a view to die for, and everything you might need is provided. Fransceso is a lovely host, helpful, friendly and caring, and he offers excellent recommendations for exploring the area. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again. Thanks, Francesco!

Amazing location on top of a cliff with a breathtaking sea view. The road to get there is part of the fun but is adventurous.
Easy parking and spacious room.
The breakfast is very poor. Nothing else to complain about.

Location was superb with views on two out of five of the villages.
Corniglia can be easily reached by car in 10 minuten with a few free parking spaces and otherwise for €15 per day.
The breakfast was very very basic and hardly provided (although it was said to be included).

The views were beautiful and the house was very quiet and felt secure and remote. It was about 10 minutes to two of the towns’ parking, so going down to explore all day and head back up at night was perfect. There is a map and a ton of travel books at the house entrance room with information to help plan your stay as well as help from the owner! He was very kind in answering all of our questions, giving us tips and suggestions, and showing us around the property. If you are staying in the area and want something with the secluded feeling and great views, go for it!
The internet cuts out at about 2200, but by then you’re too tired from a full day to scroll the internet anyways 🤷🏻♀️

This house was everything! Perfect for my family of 4 (2 adults, 10 year old and a 2 year old). Franco was great with answering my questions and giving us tips for the area. The house itself is located in the mountains so you have an amazing sea view. My kids loved the bunk beds. Some breakfast items were provided but it comes equipped with everything you need if you feel like cooking yourself. Located close to all of the towns which makes for easy transportation. We would drive to a town parking lot and hike/train from there. Very easy and affordable parking. Definitely a home away from home!
The roads to get to the house can get narrow at some points.

Arredamento e accessori molto usati.

A vista é deslumbrante.
Adoramos a estadia
