Bournemouth Hot Tub & Sauna Holiday Let

Property was very clean. Hot tub facilities was a nice addition. Property felt nice and spacious and homely. Property had all the necessities that you would need.

Property location is within a residential street and outside of tourist hotspots. On street parking was sometimes difficult and unable to park very close to the house which could be a challenge with a baby/lots of bags etc. Poor communication from booking manager on numerous issues: unclear that the hot tub and sauna was not included in the initial price, agreed for us to have late check out but cleaners arrived and evicted us at 10am. Cleaners had been in the property the day before we left as there was a mix up with check out dates so let them selves into the property whilst we were still staying there.

Beautiful modern design. Clean, spacious & very comfortable stay. Sauna & hot tub were a fantastic extra.

Sauna/Jacuzzi are perfect

No big towels One unusable dirty towel Bedroom light flickers- intermittently working- Bathroom (with bath) light switchs off and you wait for a while to cool down then starts. No small bowls to eat cereals. 2 toilet rolls (1- half roll) for 2 weeks stay? No way enough- had to go buy some No kitchen Rolls either On the day of arrival- wife asked Carl for towels-as he was celebrating his wife’s birthday he promised to have towels delivered next day - never came.( May be tomorrow- don’t think so though as his excuse will be the Queen’s funeral - maybe Tuesday??? Sauna/Jacuzzi are perfect - but concerned if the ph level/ chemical will be checked Gas central heating (radiators)does not work however the water heats up perfectly We had used electric heating . There’s no Hair dryer- hand was liquid in bathrooms half empty- No shower gels or soaps. Shower screen not sealing properly(lots of water on floor). Fry pan is scored badly-black bits come off when frying eggs. confused instructions regarding the Bins- we complained on Saturday - we get 3 towels dropped off on Thursday (same size ie. Large ones, no large enough to go round our waist - Hopeless effort. The small shower (en-suite ) water doesn’t drain fast enough-recommend use of an “unblocked” I don’t think the owner has ever stayed in the property to experience petty issues there are.
