Holiday cottage located in a very scenic area.The house has modern furnishings, is very spacious and well-dimensioned and has 3 separate sleeping areas. Each sleeping area has its own bathroom and there is also a bathroom adjacent to the pool area. 2 spacious mezzanines. The living/dining area is tastefully furnished with a stereo set system with CD player, TV, DVD player, high chair, sofa area and a wood-burning stove. In the activity room you can play table football, billiards, electronic darts and table tennis. There are several TVs and a PlayStation and DVD player. The house is heated through geothermal heating. The pool area has a large pool, slide, large built-in whirlpool and a sauna. The pool is 18 m² and has a slide for the children. There is a swim coach which helps you improve your shape with daily strokes. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
