This spacious pool house is nestled in the picturesque Asserbo, conveniently located between Tisvildeleje and Liseleje, and within close proximity to Copenhagen. The property is a stone\'s throw away from a lush forest and a stunning sandy beach. The house boasts a private pool area featuring a 20 m2 pool equipped with a slide and a counter-current system, promising endless fun. A whirlpool and sauna are also available for ultimate relaxation. For indoor entertainment, the house offers an activity room complete with billiards, table football, table tennis, and darts. A bar with a fridge is also available for refreshments. A cozy sofa area provides a space for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Wii gaming, or simply unwinding with a good book or movie. The heart of the house is the open-plan living space, which includes a large, fully-equipped kitchen with two cookers/ovens, two fridges, and two dishwashers. The living area opens up to a terrace and garden, and offers a view of the pool area. The house can comfortably accommodate multiple guests with three double rooms, six rooms with two single beds each, and two lofts that can sleep up to six people. The rooms are divided into three separate quarters, each with its own bathroom. Outdoors, a large terrace and a garden await for summer enjoyment. A portion of the terrace is covered, allowing for shaded relaxation and barbecuing regardless of the weather. Please note that the house is situated in a summer home area, and noise should be minimized after 22:00 every day.
