Location was perfect for all the sights

Ideal location close to the centre of the city, less than 2 minute walk from the Shambles. Well appointed apartment with everything you need for a longer stay. Plenty of food options close by for breakast, lunch and dinner.

We had a slight issue with parking as the expected permit was not available and we had to liaise with the host to get the permit sorted. This did not happen as anticipated and we had to pay the parking fee and reclaim it from the host which took a little while but did get sorted.

Fantastic location. Very clean and comfortable. Good quality towels. Really nice to be able to sit on a sofa after being in hotel rooms. Would stay there again.

Shower a bit hard to get in and out of as an older person. Bed smaller than we're used to but it was comfortable.

The location was great. We were able to check in early that was a nice aspect (£25 for late check out if available) and Sally was helpful on finding another lockbox as there was no key left inside our one. The water in the shower had great pressure. Kitchen was nice and bright. Courtyard was cute.

It was very cold and took a long time to heat the place, kitchen definitely took a longer time. Could hear everything so clearly outside like we were part of the conversations. It is a central location so I understand it’s busy so wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers. We had to do the washing up and take the bins out as well, for the price we paid I would have not expected to be doing that. Tv in sitting room was very glitchy so was hard to watch things on it without it freezing/turning off at random times.
