Great location and great towels and dishwasher.

The bedding and beds were sub standard. . Pillows and duvet were old and thin. One set had stains on. The carpets were dirty. We couldn't open the windows upstairs in two of the rooms and only one of the three rooms had fans. The cups had stains on.

Amazing location, so close to everything, three best road for lovely brunch spots, a fab nepalise and a range of bars. Super easy to access the apartment and extra perk of a parking space.

Perhaps a tweak to the bed descriptions: the room advertised as a twin had a trundle floor bed and a bit too small to pull out fully, so best used as a single. A minor point but floors were really creaky which was quite noisy at night. We'd also recommend a large mirror for the bathroom.

The location was very good - no more than 5-10 mins walk from all the main sights. the bedrooms were a generous size and the kitchen was well equipped. the downstairs toilet was a bonus. The living room is a good size and has plenty of sofa space to stretch out.

There was a bad smell coming from the kitchen which unfortunately was almost always present. The windows on the front of the property (the living room and both front bedrooms) were locked shut and I was told were not able to open due to being a safety concern. This was incredibly frustrating as it meant I could get no fresh air when the room was stuffy. I imagine in the height of summer this would be unbearable. There were no signs explaining this and i had to call the host to ask why I couldnt open the window. I was provided a tower fan which was very kind, but I do think this is worth knowing if you are staying when it gets very hot. There is some noise at the front of the property due to it being on a busy road, so expect to be awoken early on occasion, by deliveries/waste collections. The WiFi is OK but a bit slow at times.
