Clean modern easy.
Couldnt fault it. There was a neighbours alarm which went off the first night we stayed for the whole night but this is not something this accomodation could control.

The property is pretty spacious although the smallest room only fits a single bed. Location is great, close to a lot of good restaurants and supermarkets. Easy to walk to many places of attractions including the Shamble. Free parking behind the property is a bonus and it was quite safe from our experience.
The inside of the property is fairly dated. You can tell the sofa, carpets and beddings are old and dirty. The rental only covers the property and no amenities is provided so you have to buy your own bath wash and shampoo. We have been given only two toilet rolls for 4 people and for 4 nights and we need to buy extra toilet rolls ourselves which was not helpful. Washing machine is not a 2 in 1 so we had to dry our clothes by hanging them in the kitchen. Without the dryer, this would mean washing the clothes is simply not possible if you only stay for one or two nights. There is only one fan in one bedroom so we were feeling quite hot at night in the other two bedrooms.
