Modern, quiet, comfortable, well equipped and reasonably spacious apartment. Parking was a great asset
Only very minor issue was with a couple of window problems - one wouldn't open and one could only be opened carefully and fully - the counter balance faulty? I doubt we would have noticed it if our visit hadn't coincided with a heatwave.

Lovely apartment with a car parking space. Very spacious for 2 people. Ideally situated to walk into York Centre (10mins) and plenty of local restaurants with plenty of variety
Unfortunately there was a bit of a mish mash of crockery and cooking equipment. Not always enough without washing up after each meal! Shame as everything else was of good quality

No aircon. But we did have a fan. Was going through the heatwave
