Heart Of The City Flat with Free Parking

The property is well furnished, clean, and comfortable.

The instructions can be overwhelming, but necessary to maintain the quality and value.

Clean, comfy and perfect location

Nothing not to like

A perfect location for us and so convenient to have free parking. Staying in a self-catering apartment instead of a hotel room was a pleasant change for us, so nice to have extra space. The kitchen was so clean and well-stocked with equipment (even things like scissors, foil, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, table mats, tea bags and UHT milk pots). Tasteful decor throughout. Wardrobe with sliding doors had plenty of capacity for clothes. Excellent shower with digital temperature control and heated towel rail. The heaters in living room and bedroom were easy to control. Highly recommended. Thank you, Lindsay and Nikki.

Parking was first-come-first-served and we didn't have a space on Saturday afternoon, so had to park in front of another car, blocking it in, just for a couple of hours. Some of the cars didn't have permits. We went for a drive and when we returned at 8pm there were spaces available, much to our relief. A reserved space for Number 6 would have solved the problem.

Lovely apartment with parking really close to York’s historic centre. Full kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine very convenient. Plenty of room, beautiful touches. Lots of information from owners made it easy.

Apartment is very warm (this would be a big plus in cooler weather).
