About this house rental
Enjoy the comfort and convenience of this bright and sunny 3/4 bedroom home. Wonderful open living space and private, quiet deck ideal for entertaining. Large 1st floor master suite with a king bed, desk and walk-in closet. Bathroom with an oversized fully-tiled shower, soaking tub and his & her vanities.
Kitchen has top of the line appliances, granite counter tops and breakfast bar. Spacious cathedral living room with built-in gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and designer furnishings. Magnificent dining room perfect for family dining and special celebrations.
Spacious and light-filled bedrooms on the 2nd floor with plenty of closets and quiet spots for reading and contemplating the day's activities. There is a 1st floor powder room, laundry area with washer and dryer and a large two-car garage where bikes, kayaks and beach chairs can be stored.
The covered stone veranda is a lovely spot to watch the sun set in the evening.
A wonderful fireplace in the great room warms the house on chilly evenings. The house is fully air conditioned if the summer gets hot.
The house is situated on a quiet street with plenty of lawn for children to run and play and adults to lounge and relax.

The house was very well decorated and had a well-stocked kitchen.
Plenty of space for my family of 6 plus two small children.
The yard was very nice as well! Gas grill allowed us to cook in for a couple of relaxed evenings.
Quick drive to the beach!

Our family has been vacationing in Maine for several summers and this home was five stars plus. Mary Ellen has thought of every possible need your family may have including beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon for the little ones. The home is beautifully decorated; the beds were comfortable; and the kitchen was well stocked. The property is large and private…we never heard anything but the voices of our little ones while outdoors. They had fun playing in the back and front of the house.
The beach was ideal - one of the nicest we have encountered in Maine - there was even a playground adjacent to the beach.
My grandson decided the enormous family room upstairs was his playroom. It was nice that all the toys could be upstairs with the kids while the adults could be downstairs.
The manager, Joy Lang, deserves special recognition for a job well done - we had two minor issues and she returned my calls and came to the house to solve a TV issue. Truly a delight to work with.
We would love to return next summer! Thank you for a great vacation!

We had 3 generations in the house. First floor great for the grandmother, she had her own private suite and the rest of us had plenty of space upstairs.
House was clean and well equipped. We could bike or walk to town or to the beach. A great yard for the kids to play. Privacy and quiet for relaxing breakfast on the back deck.
