About this house rental
This property is located in the BEST location in Kennebunk! Walk about 5 minutes to Dock Square where you will find coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. Walk about 10-15 minutes down the sidewalks to Gooch's Beach- Kennebunk's most visited beach! This property comes with a parking pass to make parking on Beach Ave easy and convenient.
Outside you will be able to enjoy the yard games provided for your stay in the spacious yard and the deck which has a hot tub, outdoor shower, BBQ grill, dining set, and adirondack/lounge chairs. Please note the outdoor show is open mid April to mid October. Inside features a freshly renovated home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a loft area with a futon and desk!

The first floor has a sitting room that has two sofas, one has a pull out queen bed! The living room/dining room features vaulted ceilings and has a smart TV with plenty of board games. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your vacation meals!
The second floor features 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a loft.

Bedroom #1: King bed
Pull out queen sofa in sitting room on first floor.
Second floor
Bedroom #2: Queen bed
Bedroom #3: Queen bed with twin trundle
Futon in the loft area on the second floor.
Pet Policy: 2 pets allowed, under 75lbs. Prior approval is needed. Pet fee is $150/dog.

All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials!

We have stayed in many rentals from the Florida Keys to Seattle Wa and this was as good as it gets from start to finish. Coastline was great and the home was amazing. They answered everything quick and easy and made the check in to check out quick and easy. We would highly recommended Coastline and this house if your looking to stay in Kennebunkport for your travel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. No detail was overlooked in this sweet house. All the rooms are spacious and have lovely sunlight, A/C kept it comfortable despite the heat, and the hot tub was a fun bonus. And it truly is a special location. Just five minutes walk into Dock Square, which we did everyday. Easy drive or walk to Gooch’s Beach. Though it’s not on the ocean, you still smell the salt water air. Loved our time here.
