About this house rental
This 4 bedroom 2 bath home is situated in the heart the Kennebunk Beaches! Walk to Gooch's beach, Middle Beach, and Mother's Beach. The expansive wrap around deck overlooks the marsh with some slight ocean views. The gravel patio area features a wood burning firepit and a gas grill. Step inside to find the main living area w/ kitchen, dining room, and living room. Soaking in sunlight with the large windows. There are two bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the main level and 2 bedrooms 1 bath on the first floor. Please see floor plans in the photos.

First of all, we love Friday to Friday rental because you get the weekend. The realtors were super communicative, easy friendly. The house was clean super easy to use. Had most of the condiments for cooking, but to be honest it was too hot to cook so we went out which was great. Beach access five star location five star. The only drawback is there is no central air and that’s barely a drawback.

The Property was great close to Mothers Beach and the grandkids loved being together in the bunk beds . Everything was fine and Everyone loved the place.
