About this house rental
With frontage on the water, our home is 2,500 sq. feet with 4 bedrooms sleeping 10, 2 full baths and 2 1/2 baths. Open concept living room and kitchen overlooks the cove at Dock Square Kennebunkport. You can walk to all the restaurants and shops. Kennebunk Beach is a bike ride away (1 mile).
Drive down the dirt driveway to our secluded 1-acre yard on the water with a dock. The deck awaits you for early morning coffee. Later in the day, pull up a chair on the screen porch for an evening of games with your family. Bring your kayak or you can use ours.
AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT GOOGLE MAPS.
Our old address was 160 Port Road which was a dirt driveway shared by 3 homes. The town renamed it to Cattail Path which is not in Google Earth yet. If you use Google Earth for the location you will see a house that is at the end of our dirt driveway. That is not our house, we are behind it. Please see the google-map.pdf we have uploaded on this site to get a better view of our location.

This home is one of the nicest we have stayed in. Everything was clean and properly stocked. The walk to Kennebunkport and the square is 10-15 minutes. The surrounding area is easy to access.Martha is delightful in her communications, instructions are clear, and she provided a nice guide to the area.Easy to recommend and will definitely stay there again.

Great location easy walk to town for shops and restaurants. Very spacious and beautifully decorated inside and out. Definitely would love to come back!

Absolutely beautiful home and outdoor spaces. I brought my adult children and their friends for our first visit to the Kennebunkport area. All the bedrooms and bathrooms worked out perfectly for our needs. Everything we needed and more was provided to make this property one of our favorites. From the gorgeous sunrise in the mornings, the relaxing seating area by the water to the short walks into town our stay was perfect. Martha was an excellent host and very responsive. I have already recommended this property to others and plan on booking it again for my next trip in the future. Can’t wait to come back!
